Bottled at a cask strength 53.9% abv, the final product is a medium peated liquid, matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels, and ruby port casks (6 months). The result is a release which is full of maritime character and punchy port influence that pays homage to the historic port trading routes. On the nose expect sweet peat, ripe red cherry and creamy vanilla fudge. The palate bursts with juicy mandarin before indulgent blackcurrant jam and layers of rich smoky embers. The finish is warming, and brims with cinnamon and clove spice, coastal salinity and lingering peat smoke.

Refunds
